He married the famous socialite and philanthropist Parmeshwar Godrej. The Godrej couple have three children. Adi Godrej lives in the Juhu area of Mumbai. His eldest daughter Tanya is executive director and head of the marketing department at Godrej Industries. His second daughter, Nisha Godrej, received a management education from Harvard Business School in the US and serves in the Godrej group. His son Pirojsha Godrej also has a management education from the US and is associated with 'Godrej Properties'.
